    Harrisdirect Names Barry Streit National Sales Manager for Brokerage Services

    JERSEY CITY, N.J., April 19, 2004 - Harrisdirect today announced Barry Streit has been named National Sales Manager and Managing Director for brokerage services. Mr. Streit previously served as Western Region Manager.

    In his new role Mr. Streit will oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers throughout the US, and will continue to manage the Western region. His responsibilities will include execution and management of national sales initiatives including business development, client satisfaction and meeting sales performance objectives. He will report to Rod Trautvetter, Executive Managing Director and Head of Sales & Service, Harrisdirect. Mr. Streit will be based in Chicago and his appointment is effective immediately.

    Mr. Streit joined Harrisdirect in August 2003 and has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Harrisdirect, Mr. Streit was Managing Director at Charles Schwab where he was responsible for sales efforts throughout the California region.
