Harris Completes Purchase of First National Bank & Trust in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS, February 5, 2007 – Harris is pleased to announce that it is enhan cing its Business Banking services in the greater Indianapolis area with the appointment of Michael Wozniak, Vice President, Commercial Mid-Market, Harris Business Banking, Indiana.

Harris has served Business Banking customers in Indiana for more than 100 years. In 2004, Harris expanded its physical presence into northwest Indiana, and earlier this month Harris announced the completion of its acquisition of First National Bank & Trust in central Indiana, with 32 branch locations in Indianapolis, Kokomo, Terre Haute and surrounding communities.
