    ROCKFORD, April 30 – Harris is pleased to announce that it is expanding its Commercial Real Estate operations into the Rockford marketplace with the appointment of Dennis Rhodes as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager, Rockford.

    Harris has served Commercial Real Estate and Business Banking customers in Rockford and the surrounding area for over 100 years, and today’s announcement ensures that builders, developers and real estate investors will have increased access to the premier Commercial Real Estate services provided by Harris.

    A native of Freeport who has worked and lived in the Rockford area for the past 10 years, Rhodes has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. In his most recent role as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate, LaSalle Bank, Rhodes led LaSalle’s real estate efforts in Rockford and the surrounding area.

    Rhodes has an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a BA from the University of Illinois. He is a member of the University Club of Rockford and the Winnebago Lions Club.
