HARRIS LOWERS PRIME TO 7.50 PERCENT

CHICAGO, October 31, 2007–Harris N.A. and its affiliated banks in I llinois, Indiana, Florida, Arizona, and Washington announced that they are lowering their prime lending rate to 7.50 percent from 7.75 percent, effective today.
