    CHICAGO, September 9, 2008

    CHICAGO, September 9, 2008 – Harris Bank is pleased to announce it has completed the merger and conversion of Wisc onsin-based Ozaukee Bank N.A. and the Community Bank Group (CBG), a subsidiary of Merchants and Manufacturers Bankcorporation, to the Harris technology platform and brand, the final step in the acquisition process.

    The successful conversion provides former Ozaukee Bank and CBG customers with full access to banking services throughout the greater Milwaukee area, north to Green Bay and west to LaCrosse. With the completion of the merger and conversion, customers now have access to all Harris products and services, locations, ATMs, Harris Telephone Banking and online services including online banking, bill payment and Harris Total Look ®. Customers may also access Harris services -- including ATMs -- outside Wisconsin, including Chicago and its suburbs as well as northwest and central Indiana. In addition, all former Ozaukee Bank and CBG locations now carry the Harris Bank name.

    Harris closed on its acquisition of Ozaukee Bank and CBG in February 2008. These acquisitions increase the Harris Community Banking branch count to more than 275 branches.

    Ozaukee Bank is an independent, community bank with six full-service and two limited-service locations throughout Ozauk ee and Washington counties, serving individuals, families, businesses, and municipalities in Ozaukee, Washington, Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Sheboygan counties.

    Community Bank Group is a Wisconsin state bank with 35 full-service and 11 limited-service locations in an area concentrated in Milwaukee, and extending into Green Bay to the north and LaCrosse to the west.
