      HARRIS LOWERS PRIME RATE TO 4.00 PERCENT

      CHICAGO, October 29, 2008 –Harris N.A. and its affiliated banks in Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Arizona, Washington, and Wisconsin announced that they are lowering their prime lending rate to 4.00 percent from 4.50 percent, effective today.
