Harris Preferred Capital Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend
Harris Preferred Capital Corporation announced that on December 1, 2010, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46094 per share on its issued and outstanding Series A Preferred Stock, unchanged from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on December 30, 2010 to stockholders of record on December 15, 2010. Harris Preferred Capital Corporation is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris National Association, a national banking association based in Chicago, Illinois, and Bank of Montreal. Its principal business objective is to acquire, hold, finance and manage qualifying real estate investment trust ("REIT") assets.
