    M&I Sponsors INHP Homebuyer Education Class

    M&I Sponsors INHP Homebuyer Education Class
    and Neighborhood Bus Tour

    INDIANAPOLIS, IN (April 3, 2012) - The Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) is taking homebuyer education on the road. The class incorporates the traditional content of INHP's homebuying class combined with a bus tour of local neighborhoods and available homes. The class and tour will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturday April 21, and costs $25 for individuals or $40 per household.
    Led by INHP instructors and industry professionals, the course includes a neighborhood bus tour and covers information related to the home buying process such as credit reports, home insurance, home inspection, the loan closing and much more. M&I a part of BMO Financial Group is Sponsoring this unique, hands-on learning experience ideal for first time homebuyers or those who just want a home buyer refresher. Attendees will learn everything from how to select a real estate agent to what will happen at the closing table - and everything in between.
