    Steve Marsich Promoted To Managing Director, Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin, M&I Wealth Management

    MINNEAPOLIS/ST.PAUL (April 23, 2012) – M&I Wealth Management, a part of BMO Financial Group, announced the promotion of Steve M. Marsich, to senior vice president, managing director, Wealth Management Groups in Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin. Steve is responsible for the management and direction of the team in the areas of private banking, investment management, financial advisors, personal trust and estate settlement services.

    "Steve's credentials and skills in financial planning enable him to guide the team in developing creative strategies to solve clients' complex financial situations," said Jason Stamm, president, Northern States Region. "These skills, coupled with his strong leadership ability, will be a great resource to both our clients and the team."

    Steve joined M&I in 2004 and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He has served as the managing director of the Northwest Wisconsin Group since 2006. Prior to his expanded role, Steve held the positions of trust officer and wealth management consultant for Marshall & Ilsley Trust Company N.A. He earned the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ and Accred ited Asset Management Specialist℠ designations from the College for Financial Planning. Steve also holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
