BMO Harris Bank to Sponsor Homebuyer Education Class  and Bus Tour
  First-time homebuyers can find great information or  even their dream home on October 27
INDIANAPOLIS (October 19, 2012) – BMO Harris Bank, is excited to announce the Homebuyer Education Neighborhood Bus Tour. The event, organized by Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) and sponsored by BMO Harris, incorporates the traditional content of INHP's homebuyer education class combined with a bus tour of local neighborhoods and available homes. The class and tour will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturday Oct. 27, and costs $25 for individuals or $40 per household.
Attendees will learn everything from how to  select a realtor to what will happen at the closing table—and everything in  between. The class, taught by INHP instructors and industry experts  such as realtors and contractors, will cover topics relevant for first-time  home buyers and anyone who wants to become a more knowledgeable homebuyer.  Individuals will learn about budgeting, credit reports, home insurance, mortgages and much  more.
